I go to Therapy Health Studio whenever I need to relieve tension and also to put my mind on vacation. The whole experience of the space is so cozy! Be prepared to enjoy the music, the decor, the scents, and seriously unwind. Everything in the space is very well thought out!

This studio is such a gem! I was able to help with my neck & shoulder pain, while providing an hour of stress-free bliss. Love the location & the decor – it’s a little oasis tucked away in a beautiful Mount Pleasant heritage building. Can’t wait to go back!
