As RMTs, we have been educated on how to safely provide massage therapy treatment throughout a pregnancy as well as when you shift into motherhood for postpartum self-care.
We utilize the oh-so-comfortable and sought after pregnancy pillows. This allows our pregnant moms-to-be, to enjoy lying face down on the treatment table while remaining completely supported and safe to do so.

Recently I’ve been seeing Carrie for pre-natal massage as often as I can and every session is amazing. She takes great care to make sure you’re comfortable throughout and always checks in. I was also having lower back issues during pregnancy and saw Kristen for an osteopath session which was really beneficial and relaxing.
